Suppport for Women

Motherhood, Loss & Life Transitions

Compassionate counseling for women navigating the emotional journey of motherhood, grief, and everyday life challenges.

Becoming a mother—whether for the first time or again—can be beautiful, disorienting, joyful, exhausting, and painful all at once. Many women are surprised by the depth of emotions that show up during and after pregnancy. You are not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this season in silence.

I provide professional, compassionate counseling for women who are experiencing emotional challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, motherhood, and perinatal loss. This is a space where you can speak freely—without guilt, shame, or pressure to “be okay.”

I support women experiencing:

  • Postpartum depression or anxiety

  • Emotional overwhelm as a new mom

  • Loneliness, identity shifts, or guilt during motherhood

  • Stress from juggling caregiving, work, and personal needs

  • Pregnancy loss, miscarriage, or stillbirth

  • Fear or sadness during pregnancy after a loss

  • Spiritual questions or struggles during motherhood and grief

How Counseling Can Help:

  • Process the emotional, hormonal, and lifestyle changes you're facing

  • Learn how to manage stress and regulate intense emotions

  • Reduce shame and perfectionism often linked to motherhood

  • Explore your identity, values, and boundaries as a mother and woman

  • Grieve your losses in a safe, respectful space

  • Receive evidence-based support for postpartum depression or anxiety

  • Integrate faith (if desired) to process pain, restore hope, and rediscover purpose

My Approach

Using tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, DBT components, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic insight, I tailor counseling to fit your unique journey. You don’t need to have it all together to get help. You just need a safe place to start.

You are not a burden. You are allowed to need support. Healing and hope begin here.
